At Discount Glass LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in our products and services. Because many of our products involve custom glass and made-to-order work, refunds are handled under the following policy.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.


Custom & Special-Order Products

Most glass products are custom-made based on customer specifications, measurements, or special orders.

For this reason:

  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once production has begun
  • Orders may not be canceled once materials have been cut, ordered, or prepared
  • Any deposits paid toward custom work may be non-refundable

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact us before placing your order.


Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours
  • If work has not yet begun, cancellations may be eligible for a partial or full refund
  • If materials, labor, or third-party costs have already been incurred, a cancellation fee may apply

Cancellation eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation
  • Supporting photos or documentation may be required
  • We may repair, replace, or correct the issue at our discretion

Damage caused by improper handling, installation by third parties, or site conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Installation & Service Issues (If Applicable)

If installation or on-site services are included:

  • Issues must be reported promptly after completion
  • We reserve the right to inspect or correct any issues before issuing a refund
  • Refunds will not be issued for conditions outside our control (site access, structural issues, weather delays, etc.)

Financing & Third-Party Payments (Klarna, PayPal)

If your purchase was made using a third-party payment or financing provider (such as Klarna):

  • Refunds are processed back through the original payment method
  • Financing providers may have their own refund timelines and policies
  • We are not responsible for delays or terms imposed by third-party payment providers

Any approved refund will be submitted to the payment provider, who will handle the remainder of the transaction.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Damage caused after delivery or installation
  • Work performed outside the agreed scope

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping, handling, and service fees may be non-refundable
